Avoiding Miscarriage Book

Dear internets-

Can anyone recommend a book on:

1. Tracking cycles (my cycle is perhaps too long)
2. Preventing miscarriage

that you read and thought was informative?

I can search amazon but can't decide...

I am tired of looking up websites.

thanks

I'll second Taking Charge of your Fertility! Very informative and easy to read.

I have heard good things about Taking Charge, though I've never read it myself. I am simply charting my temps (on the advice of my naturopath) and following a diet he recommended, including extra vitamins and supplements. This is in addition to the baby aspririn I've been taking to prevent any embryo-killing blood clots. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I don't know any, but think I'll be getting the Taking Charge book, thanks for the good advice. I'm starting accupuncture, reflexology, natuopath and basal charting. This should not be this difficult!!

I have tears streaming down my face right now...I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had 3 miscarriages and am now 10 weeks pregnant (although it's not in my blog b/c we haven't told anyone) - feeling a little emotional I guess. REgarding the books - I've read them all. I really liked Coming to Term by Jon Cohen - I thought it was compassionate and very informative.
Good luck - Cyndi

Also, I use fertilityfriend.com for charting. It's a free website (alhtough you can sign up for some VIP access, not worth it IMO).
