The birds laid an egg. I moved the phone book and the egg was nestled in there. Today, I found it broken on the porch floor. This isn't the first bird who has tried to live there, nor the first egg to roll of the shelf. It is really not a good place for a nest. Ugh.
We have an appointment with the RE next Monday. Feels better knowing (hoping) that help is on its way.
The rabbit was really good. We'll cook rabbit again.
We cleaned my car yesterday.
Didn't get any phone calls from family.
But my hubby is great. You plus one equals love.
And, I really like the show called 'Life.' Anyone watch it?

The main actor is just fantastic in that role, zen and all. He reminds me of my CEO too. Weird.
Glad you got an appt with the RE. While it might seem intimidating at first, the level of care from RE's is far superior. Let us know what happens.

last spring, while i was trying to get pregnant (to no avail, obviously), a cardinal made a nest in a tall bush against the back of my house. I WAS SO, SO FUCKING MAD. birds were gonna start having babies, right up against the side of my damn house and i had to WATCH IT?!? i wished they died, just like my baby did. the next week, the chicks jumped nest and died in the middle of the yard. i felt bad for a second, then i realized i'm a much bigger asshole than i ever thought possible. i was glad. hey, babies die, right? apparently, after looking up cardinals (or was it blue jays?), i learned it's very common for the chicks to die because they jump nest before they can fly and hop around on the ground for a couple of days first. oh well, not a real good plan...but that probably doesn't detract from my character defect.
