My way to honor our babies

I am really bad with dates. And times. And ages. And names. Ok, I have a bad memory.

A few years ago, I was having trouble remembering my friends birthdays, or their anniversaries, and then later, their kid's birthday, or heck, even how old their kid was. I started copying birthdates into my calendar on my home computer. I have a special color caode for dates and have then all scheduled to reoccur every year. I was getting pretty good at sending little birthday cards, well, at least emails, to the kids, which kept me in contact with my friends (I moved away from my friends at a time when most of them started procreating).

Now, I feel like I know many of you, and I hurt for you because your child/ren isn't with you. I want to remember those who have walked with me during these difficult times. I want to remember those babies who just didn't make it.

If you would like me to store you child's birthdate in my calendar, please leave a comment with your name, you baby's name and his/her birthday. I may also somehow publish this list on my blog (on the sidebar, likely just baby's name and birthdate).

**Ferdinand...we remember you...**
